  • Exporting to Premiere seems complicated with all the settings you’re probably dealing with on the Cast tab. It’s not really as hard as it sounds, but if you know a little about codecs and sequence settings, you’ll be up and running in no time.

Step 1. Open The Export Window

To export your video to Premiere Pro, choose File > Export > Media. You can also press Ctrl+M on PC or Cmd+M on Mac. Make sure the sequence you want to export is selected if families do so.

The export settings window will open. This panel is where you select the desired locations (or presets) for the video before dragging it into the Media Encoder for export.

    Step 2: Select Sequence Options

The first thing to consider when moving a video is where it is hosted on the web and how it will be viewed. Planning to upload to YouTube and Vimeo? Do you compress videos so they can be easily sent to a client? Or export a high-res master version for presentation? Item The value of the delivery service is very important in determining the required parameters. Many suitable presets are already installed in Premiere Pro and later in Media Encoder. You can use them to quickly select presets for creating an export file.

If you’d like this to help you bypass these user settings and load EXACTLY the settings for a specific sequence, you can select “Match Sequence Settings” at the top. This will override your export settings to correct your sequence settings exactly. However, I don’t recommend doing this, as most shipping destinations require codecs other than your preferred editing or intermediate codec.

Step 3. Specify The Platform You Will Export To

In this example, we’re moving from Premiere Pro to uploading to YouTube. Premiere Pro also comes with presets for YouTube and Vimeo, giving your export project the best recommended settings for both. However, in this example, we will be exporting with custom Settings.

Step 4. Choose A Format And Codec

The best basis for Internet playback is the H.264 codec. Therefore, we choose our data format as H.264. It is also the most common codec for exporting a player through Premiere. Use H.264 for 899% of your exports.

We choose a preset that matches our idea and execute the desired end result. Our footage is in 1080p at an incredible frame rate of 23,976fps.

Step 10: Optimize Settings And Adjust Bitrate

Click on an output name to specify an output name for the name of the exported video file. To learn more about how to correctly name a file, read this article. Make sure the export and export video-audio checkboxes are checked so that the file contains both video and audio.

If you’re really comfortable with changing the settings to make them more personal, you can do so in this window. Here are the recommended group settings for videos exported in Premiere:

What audio and video formats does Adobe Premiere Pro support?

Adobe Premiere Pro supports multiple audio and video file formats so your post-production workflows are compatible with the latest broadcast formats. Apple video compression format. Apple ProRes is a widely used high quality codec and format for download, production and publishing.

Click on the Render at maximum depth box. This acceleration will shorten the time rendering, but Premiere takes care of sending your video with the cleanest strategy.

Bitrate determines how big your file will be. If you need a small file body shape, you can reduce the native bitrate to minimize the size. For an Excel copy, just export at that high bitrate to get the largest copy you can export.

This is our own normal export process: change the encoding settings from VBR bitrate to 2 passes, then drag the target bitrate relative to the selected file size. Dimensions are displayed at the bottom of the window. Make the maximum bitrate twice the bitrate. If you select 2 full, Premiere will double check your schedule to make sure there are no corrupted frames and your export is clean.

Half A Dozen Steps: Finish Exporting To Premiere Or Media Encoder

Customers can now choose between two Premiere Pro export options: Queue or Export.

If you select Queue, Media-Encoder will add the sequence to the queue for you.

What is best video codec for export?

H.264.QuickTime MOV. The MOV Quicktime structure is one of the best options available for exporting with an alpha channel.TIFF sequence. TIFF sequences are probably a bit more tedious as they create each mood separately as a TIFF photo.AVERAGE.

Then whatever you need What you can do is press the green button at the top to focus on exporting. This is good if you think you want to export multiple Premiere Pro sequences at once. It also allows you to continue working in Premiere Pro while Media Encoder exports everything in the background. This is the export method I use the most. Export

Surprisingly, the selection exports the sequence directly from this window. Wouldn’t you be using Premiere Pro and exporting that way?
